Vision -Monotype Imaging offers a voluntary vision plan EyeMed Vision Care. This benefit offers allowances and discounts on eyewear and materials with premiums paid for through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.

Flexible Spending Accounts - You can elect to participate in a Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Reimbursement programs, whichDaniela allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified health care and/or dependent care expenses.

Short-Term & Long-Term Disability - Both Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) are fully paid benefits by the Company.

Basic Life and AD&D Insurance - Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance is also fully paid by the company.

Supplemental Life Insurance – Our employees have the option to buy additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse and their dependent children at a minimal cost through our Supplemental Life Insurance plan.

Retirement Savings - We help employees save for retirement by offering a 401(k) savings plan that allows both pre-tax and after-tax contribution options.
